Thank you for shopping with Here To Share. As a small startup, we truly appreciate your patience and support — every order means a lot to us.
Processing Time
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
- During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Will be notified at check out. Our first batch of shipping will take a maximum of 3 weeks.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping Insurance & Responsibility
- Orders over $600 are insured while in transit.
- Orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
- Once your order has been marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to you.
If your insured package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@heretoshare.co and we will assist with a claim.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
- We ship internationally.
- Please note: customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages or Lost Packages
- We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
- However, if this happens, please contact us and we will support you in raising a claim with the carrier.
